Yes, of course we do! Shop orders and blue subscription boxes are shipped anywhere allowed by law. We do suggest that you consult the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to ensure that your order will not be delayed or held at customs or elsewhere, and will not incur any local duties, taxes, or tariff charges (which will be your responsibility to pay). If your package is delayed or seized by customs, or if you choose not to pay any applicable local duties, taxes, or tariff charges, unfortunately Craft Vapery can’t be held responsible for issuing any refund, including your shipping charges.

The majority of pre-packaged and sealed devices which have not been opened or used can be returned to us for a refund of the purchase price less any additional shipping fees. While we do not accept returns for opened and/or used devices, the Craft Care Guarantee ensures that we will help get you to the right person or manufacturer that can solve your problem.

Due to the nature of high-demand serialized devices (hardware with limited edition numbering), these items constitute a final sale and no refunds are available. That’s why we recommend that you replace your atomizer with a new one every 7-10 days. Atomizers are typically sold in packs of four or five.

The wick absorbs the e-liquid and the coil(s) heat the mixture to the point of vaporization. Atomizers are typically specific to each manufacturer and are often specific to each tank, so it is important that you are choosing the atomizer that fits your preferred tank. Additionally, some atomizers are temperature sensing, however temperature sensing is an advanced vaping technique that should only be explored by those who know how to safely operate a temperature sensing device. Temperature sensing atomizers should NOT be used in non-temperature sensing modes as it can be dangerous to the user.

Starting at just $14.99/month, the Craft Premium Membership includes ALL of the Craft Plus membership benefits, PLUS our legendary curated subscription service. With the curated subscription, users can control their charge date, write notes to their curator, add flavors to their wish list, lock in their favorite flavors, and more!

Your flavor profile helps guide your curators every time they hand-pick your monthly blue box. For starters, your profile consists of 16 flavor categories, of which you may “Yum” the flavors you enjoy, or “Yuck” the flavors you dislike, and leave untouched the flavors that you are indifferent to. More selective palates can further modify their flavor profile by using our advanced options. For example, vapers who prefer high VG liquids can opt to receive flavors that are 60% VG or higher. Additionally, any preferences that you have outside of the 16 predefined flavor categories can be added through a note to your curator. For example, you may choose to let your curator know that you absolutely love tropical & exotic fruits, but that you HATE pineapple. Since every box is hand-curated, you'll know that your notes will always be reviewed and considered by one of us, a real human being who loves vaping too!

Craft Curators have the job of hand-selecting the delicious new flavors that arrive in your blue box each month. They start with the foundation of your profile, carefully considering your specified “Yums” and “Yucks”. Next, they review any messages you’ve sent and notes you’ve made before hand-picking the contents of your personalized box. Of course, Craft Curators also pay careful attention to including the flavors you've locked in, and they always make sure to consult your Wish List before finalizing your selections.

We guarantee that the flavors our curators pick for you will always be within your profile and will not include any of your “Yucked” categories. If you leave a flavor category without a “Yum” or “Yuck” then we may include it as a recommendation...after all, that’s how we help you find things you didn’t even know you loved!

You may choose to request high VG liquids in your monthly blue box. This option may be selected at signup or edited after joining by visiting the "Membership Settings" section of your account. We define high VG as 60% VG or higher, and always strive to meet this request. The majority of our liquids are 50% PG / 50% VG (or higher) blends, and we always list the PG/VG ratio on our site for all flavors in which this information is available.

Communicating your personal preferences to your curator makes it far easier to get even more delight and satisfaction from your monthly blue box. Since every box is legitimately hand-picked, these notes give you the capability of providing nuanced details about your flavor profile. For example, you might love a variety of baked goods flavors, but find that you do not enjoy cookies specifically. The easiest way to address this is by writing a note to your curator! To do so, simply visit the "Notes To Curator" section of your Craft Account.

If you dislike a flavor, you can use the "Notes To Curator" section of your account to let us know you don’t want us to send it ever again. Moreover, you can easily update your flavor profile from your "Flavor Profile" section, or simply email us your additional comments and feedback so that we can update our notes regarding your account. As a reminder, the Craft Care Guarantee ensures that you'll only receive flavors that fall within your flavor profile and do not receive any flavors that you have “Yucked”. So keeping your flavor profile updated is pretty crucial!

Your Wish List allows you to further personalize your monthly blue box by asking your curator to hand-pick specific flavors that you are most interested in trying. To request a specific flavor, simply visit that liquid in the shop and click “View Details”. Once you’re on that specific flavor’s page, just click the grey "ADD TO MY SUBSCRIPTION WISH LIST..." button. You may have up to 10 flavors in your Wish List at a time.

You may manage your Wish List by logging into your account and selecting the "Wish List" section. From there, you can see wishes that have been granted in previous boxes, and modify flavors on your current Wish List.

Your curator will see your Wish List when hand-picking your monthly box and will always strive to satisfy your requests. Please keep in mind that while we do our best to send you the flavors you’ve wish listed, we may not always be able to do so immediately. Please also note that due to certain restrictions, not all flavors can be added to your Wish List.

You may find that you received an alternative nicotine strength in your monthly box than what you specified in your account preferences. This is extremely rare, but it does happen from time to time. This most often occurs when a flavor is a perfect match for you, but is not offered in your exact preferred nicotine strength (as is the case when flavors come in uncommon nicotine strengths such as 4mg or 9mg). In these cases, we may choose to send you this flavor in the next closest strength.

The other most common reason for this to occur is when a user has what Craft calls “a limiting flavor profile”, which means that due to extremely specific profile settings, or an outdated flavor profile, we were unable to properly complete a box without exploring flavors in other strengths.
